Aerial Photography/Cinematography Retainer

With our retainer service we are available to capture photos and create videos for your business on a as needed basis. No more do you have to search on a per project basis and pay extremely high costs for each project. Get access to all of our services for one set price on a per month basis.

Real Estate Drone Services
Commercial Real Estate Package $400
This package includes Aerial Photos and Aerial Cinematography. There is no limit of photos or video. Editing is included.
Residential Real Estate Package $300
This package includes Aerial Photos and Aerial Cinematography. There is no limit of photos or video. Editing is included.
Aerial Photography $100
This service will include only non edited photos and non edited ground photos.
Aerial Cinematography $200 Per Hour
This service will include only non edited footage and non edited ground footage.
Aerial Photography Photo Editing $5 Per Photo
Not every clients wants every photo edited. So this service add on allows the our Clients to choose which photos get edited.
Aerial Cinematography Editing $60 Per Hour
Editing takes time and we want to make sure its done correct. This service allows for our Clients to take part in the editing process via Google Meet or Zoom.
Aerial Service Revisit Fee $60
Any time we are needed to go back and revisit a site we just charge the estimated fee for travel per IRS guidelines.
Photos will be MLS compatible. JPEG, BITMAP, JIF and PNG. Photos can also be taken in raw. They will be less than 4MB (per Fresno Association of Realtors)
Complementary Aerial Serice $0.01
*With any service purchased you will automatically get one Complementary Aerial service. This is simply a free job!
Solar Survey Package
This gets you 100+ photos, 4 Aerial still shot photos of the roof, Photos of the MSP, measurements of the MSP to the Gas meter, Photos around the house, measurements of the roof, Roof scratch paper test. Attic Photos, measurements of the rafters in the attic and a Pre Solar Status Report.
Aerial Cinematography
$200 per Hour
